Custom Boat Dash Panels for Chesapeake Bay Boats
Every panel starts with a 3D scan of your actual dash, so the replacement follows the real curve of your boat instead of a close-enough template. The scan goes to CAD, the layout gets built around the electronics and switches you actually run, and the panel is cut on a CNC.
Panels are cut in acrylic for a glossy, modern look, or King Starboard for a matte, rugged finish that holds up to sun and salt. Chartplotter and gauge cutouts, push-button or rocker switch banks, USB ports and voltmeters, laser-engraved labels and backlighting are all on the table. Engraved and backlit panel work comes through New Wire Marine. The layout, the fitment and the installation on your boat are mine.
A dash panel is not a same-week job. Most run five to eight weeks from the first scan to the finished panel going in, because the design, the fabrication and the engraving all have to happen before anything gets installed. Plan around that, especially if you want the boat ready for the season. Send photos of your current helm and a rough idea of what you want on it, and I will tell you what will fit, what it will take and where you sit in the queue. I work across Harford, Baltimore, Cecil and Kent counties on Maryland's Upper Chesapeake Bay. ABYC certified, licensed, bonded and insured. Call 410-977-7127.
